A villa contractor rooted in Khorfakkan.
Telou Al Shams Building Contracting is a building contractor based in Khorfakkan, focused on villas for private owners in the UAE.
Our work covers the whole build. We level and prepare the plot, cast columns and slabs, waterproof and flood-test every roof, clad façades in stone, and finish interiors with polished floors, stone staircases and glass balustrades. The photographs on this site are taken on our own sites.
We keep the process clear for the client: a defined scope, regular updates from site, and careful checks before each stage is closed. Good villas come from many small things done properly, and that is where we put our attention.
